Halal Certification Inquiry

  • Islamic Quality and Food Safety Certifications of USA (IQFSCA) receives customer inquiry by phone or email.
  • Complete subject matter discussion with the Director Quality & Food Safety for obtaining Halal Certification, which include type of products and other necessary information.

Request for Application & Pricing

  • Application and process and pricing overview provided to potential customers following initial email inquiry or phone call discussion.
  • IQFSCA process and pricing overview is confidential and proprietary between IQFSCA and customer prospects.
  • IQFSCA requests prospective customer to send product ingredient technical specifications.

Review product information and audit schedule.

  • IQFSCA receives application and product information to:
  • Service agreement will be discussed with other details and once approved schedule audit.
  • Halal product review process begins.
  • Schedule on-site facility Audit.
  • ·IQFSCA Quality Assurance & Food Safety Director issues the Halal Certification.  "Halal Certification Issued"
  • The customer is invoiced after the completion of on-site facility audit. 
  • Once we received the Audit inspection fee and Audit travelling expenses- an approved Halal Certification is issued which is good for 12 months.
  • Halal product review – one time charge per product.
  • Halal product certification – per product for 12 months.
  • Upon receipt of payment, Halal facility and product certification is issued – scanned original by email and hard copy by mail or courier as requested.
  • Facility and products are recertified annually.
  • New products and facilities may be added at any time.
